Spring 2007, Visual Interface Design

Given a specification of what information a fictional company requires for their registration page, we were given the task to present the questions in a standard web form.

To clarify even more, the assignment was NOT to actually create the entire registration page, i.e. validate and store the information, design a full layout for the site, check for robustness, make it pretty, etc. but to simply design a clean layout for the form itself, focusing on how the data is presented on the page and how a user would potentially interact with it. That being said, I strongly discourage anybody from actually looking beyond the visual appearance of the project (the code's basically as ugly as I could possibly make it).
