Icon Matrix and Families
Spring 2007, Visual Interface Design

Starting with a stock example of an icon, we were given the task of redesigning the same icon for different specifications. Moreover, following the same look and feel of the original icon, we designed four additional icons which could be considered part of the same family.

Of course, this wasn't exactly a walk in the park. As pixel counts decrease, it becomes increasingly harder to convey ideas. As always, the download's to the right ->
